Founded in 1978, the Ottawa Valley Live Steamers and Model Engineers (OVLSME) is a society of live steam and model engineering enthusiasts. Club interests include building and operating large scale outdoor model locomotives, traction engines, hot air engines, steam boats, stationary engines, clocks, workshop equipment and other related topics.
New members are welcome. Owning a locomotive or other equipment is not a requirement of joining us in the pursuit of the hobby.
